Manu tukutuku

This is my Jamaica flag. This pattern represents the Jamaica colours and this also represents the Jamaicans culture. The language that this country speaks is English and Afrikaans. I have made this feather for our cultural festival project. We have made a manu tukutuku to have at the cultural festival entrance way so other schools can see our Manu tukutuku.

The amazing Me

Hi there my name is Laura I go to Burnham school.I have been at Burnham school for six years. I was born in Christchurch on the 25th of April 2003.


In my family there is ... My mum-Jackie my dad-Steve
And my two sisters Emily and Jackie
I also have 3 animals there names are
Ben ,Mckenzie and Snoopy


When I started at Burnham school I was five years old. My teacher was mrs Burlingson. I was in room one which is now acutely not a classroom. Now my Teachers name is Mr Churstain. He is one of the most fun teachers ever. He lets us play lots of fun games and activities.


Ok now that's enough about my school how about we get along with my life away from school. I play netball for the Rolleston netball club. We play on a Saturday morning now because we are in a higher grade now. Which means we play in primary level now.



Let me tell you about my best friends. These girls are my best friends because they are really kind to me and support me through hard times.

There names are... GRACE , SHANIA ,BRYANNA AND IMOGEN.
My favourite hobbies are ...

two cyclists

The two young cyclists speed around the corner. Standing on the bank i could hear brakes screeching and colourful language as the boys yelled at each other. The road was slippery due to the overnight rain and...
hail, and thunder storms hitting them,smashing against them. Lightning struck the two young cyclists. Then they didn't know were they were going  then they were hit by a LIMO with the biggest stars in the world. Then they saw the stars and they fainted they were DEAD.
